PPG Patient Survey 2025 Posted or Updated on 1 Sep 2025

In June 2025, the PPG carried out another Patient Survey on behalf of the Practice - similar to the Patient Surveys they had undertaken in 2023 and 2024.  Their full report can be found here (PDF, 847KB).  Please note, this survey is a different survey to the GP National Survey 2025, the results of which can be found here: GP Patient Survey

The Practice has now had an opportunity review the results and has responded to the PPG’s recommendations for further action.  The Practice response can be found here (PDF, 59KB)

Many thanks to our PPG for taking the time to organise this Survey, collating the results, issuing the final report and making recommendations for further action.  The time they spent talking to patients in our front foyer has given us valuable insight into the positive areas of our Practice and the services we offer, as well as the areas where we need to improve.   Many thanks also to the 400 patients who took the time to complete the survey questionnaire.
