PPG Patient Survey 2024 Posted or Updated on 14 May 2025

The PPG have completed a follow up patient survey, using the same methodology as they used in their 2023 patient survey.   Their full report can be found here:

Many thanks to our PPG for taking the time to organise this survey, collating the results, issuing the final report and making recommendations for change.  The time they spent talking to patients in our front foyer has given us valuable insight into the positive areas of our Practice/services we offer and also the areas we need to improve on.   Also many thanks to the patients who took the time to complete the survey.
